Bio:
Morten Lundsgaard Degn has been with the LEGO Group for more than 15 years, always working directly or indirectly with digital technology in a manufacturing & supply chain context.
He currently heads up the Manufacturing, Product Engineering & Supply Chain department in Digital Technology, reporting to the CDTO of The LEGO Group.
Morten´s responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas from product development, over manufacturing, and supply chain to various market channels for physical play experiences.
He manages substantial operational- and development budgets and leads a diverse organization of nearly 450 internal and external team members.
During the past 5 years, Morten has played a significant role in the digital transformation of the LEGO Group, which has helped maintain the company's highly valued position as market leader within the toy industry.
