ROBOT CELL FLIGHT RECORDER
Join us to discover the robot digitalization project,
which is a joint collaboration between SEW North
Filtration, Device Insight (part of KUKA Digital), and
Noux Node. We will showcase how we have optimized
the efficiency of the KUKA robot cell by reducing
downtime and achieving a fully data-illuminated
robot cell. The collected data is fed into a simulation,
allowing for a complete visualization of the robot
cell’s activity from all angles at all times.
This concept is referred to as the ‘Flight Recorder’,
drawing a parallel with an airplane’s black box. L9398

I industri- og teknologiarbejdsgrupper udvikler industrieksperter use cases og implementerer dem teknisk baseret på OI4-referencearkitekturen. Disse løsninger, sammen med implementeringsvejledninger, deles i fællesskabet og gøres tilgængelige uden for Alliancen. Alliancen blev lanceret i april 2019. Foreningens sæde er Reinach, Schweiz.
