Visual Components showcases next-generation simulation solutions at HI25

Visual Components will showcase its latest simulation solutions and give Scandinavia its first preview of the upcoming Visual Components 5.0 platform at HI25, Scandinavia’s largest technology and industry expo, in Herning, Denmark, September 30 – October 2, 2025.
Visitors to booth L9078 will experience how simulation-based tools enable machine builders, system integrators, and manufacturers to optimize production flows, reduce lead times, and validate automation concepts before implementation. Live demonstrations will show how quick concept studies accelerate decision-making, while virtual commissioning and digital twins help detect and resolve issues before systems are physically built.
The upcoming Visual Components 5.0 platform will also be introduced at HI25. Version 5.0 brings a modernized API, enhanced connectivity for virtual commissioning, and powerful new features for robot offline programming — including support for model-based definition (MBD) and automated extraction of product manufacturing information (PMI) from CAD data. The release is planned for late 2025, with HI25 visitors being the first in Scandinavia to see the innovations it offers.
Visual Components is already trusted by major Danish companies, including C&H SYSTEM A/S, Eltronic A/S, ROCKWOOL A/S and Unimec A/S who use the software to design, validate, and optimize automation solutions for manufacturing and system integration.
