Roboworker, a leading provider of inspection and packaging systems, partnered with SMC, a trusted supplier of electrical and pneumatic automation components, for their latest machine, RoboInspect. With 24 years of collaboration, Roboworker relied on SMC's expertise to ensure reliable and precise automation.
The heart of RoboInspect's pneumatic automation was SMC's SY series valve terminal. Its modular design allowed for various actuators with different pressures, while EtherCat bus modules facilitated seamless integration with the machine controller. Proportional valves from SMC's ITV series provided precise control, avoiding workpiece damage.
By leveraging SMC's solutions, RoboInspect achieved micrometre-accurate inspection, optimized coordination of processes, and compact designs. The enduring partnership between SMC and Roboworker continues to deliver innovative and reliable automation solutions for various industries.
