Our compression step moulding vulcanization process guarantees good physical and chemical properties, a consistent surface quality, and consistent tolerances over the whole circumference of the O-ring. This makes it suitable for use in dynamic sealing or high-pressure applications, as well as with gaseous media.
Additionally, the M-Quick™ O-rings offer tolerances comparable to those of a standard O-ring, and chemical and physical properties equal to those of a standard O-ring.
